In dissertation the theoretical and experimental analysis of problem of development of personality of cadets-psychologists of higher educational establishments of МІА of Ukraine is presented during studies. The leading factors of personality development of cadets-psychologists are educed during studies in higher educational establishments of МIA. The necessity of addition of measures is well-proven on psychological accompaniment of personality development of cadets-psychologists in higher educational establishments of МIA of Ukraine training of professionally-personality development, his efficiency is tested.
