The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of intercultural competence development of future managers of international economic activity by interactive educational techniques. In the research work, the essence and the structure of intercultural competence of future managers have been defined. Indicators, criteria and levels of its formation have been specified; the pedagogic conditions to form intercultural competence in educational and professional sphere using interactive techniques of teaching have been grounded. The effective types of educational situations have been discussed.
