The object of study - the process of transportation of dangerous goods. Purpose of the study - management promotion of dangerous goods. The aim is to improve the organization and management of dangerous goods on the railway network through intellectual support planning at the tactical and operational levels , which would reduce the risks. Methods . The research is based on an analysis of the causes traffic accidents , probability theory and mathematical statistics, use graph theory to formalize the technology advancement cars, optimization techniques and game theory for finding the optimal route based on risk minimization , use of situational network using mathematical tools of fuzzy variables and evolutionary modeling . Novelty . First : proposed criterion for assessing the degree of accident route that allows to estimate the operating costs and risks across the technological chain carriage formed a mathematical model that provides time optimization of the cars of dangerous goods at the stations for the selected route . Revised structure and complex problems of a single automated control system for freight transportation and operational management processes to promote cars with dangerous goods. The practical significance. Submitted data make it possible to reduce the number of traffic accidents with organizational reasons . The main results introduced in the Dnieper railway, as well as in Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport. Results. A two-factor smart planning and operational management of promotion of dangerous goods wagons on the railway network. A block diagram of the planning and management of car traffic , specific to the transport of dangerous goods, which allows for support for the planning and management both in normal operation and in the event of unusual situations . Applications: Improvement of existing and development of new automated information management systems for railways; complexes workstations supervisory personnel; automated system freight.
