Essay

The scientifically substantiated functionally optimized structural model of prevention of alcoholism was created on based on results of a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of the alcohol addiction under the influence of risk factors and identified medical and organizational shortcomings. Qualitatively new elements of model are - arms physicians (general practitioners) easy for the assimilation methods of short-term informational interventions and "audit" testing, and expanding the target audience influence by relatives and friends of people who use alcohol with harm to health.
