Essay

It was found particular properties of behavioral reactions of rats and electric potentials of neurons snails under the influence of 1,5-benzodiazepinona-2 and new derivatives. It was found that 1,5 benzodiazepinone-2 and its derivatives in a dose-dependent are able to exert of different directions psychotropic and analgesic properties which exceed the effects of diazepam (5 mg/kg) and analgin (5 mg/kg). It was shown that for the manifestation of neurotropic effects for all tested agents of threshold concentration is 10-5 M. At concentrations 10-4 M 1,5-benzodiazepinone-2 inhibits and its derivatives - activate the electrogenesis of nerve cells. At concentrations of 10-3 M all tested agents showed inhibitory effects, and after washing them restored functional state of neurons. At concentration of 10-2 M all tested agents showed for all investigated neurons toxic effect, and even lethal.
