Bisyarin O. Medico-Social Grounds of the System of Reproductive Health Prophylaxis on the Regional Level.

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation and implementation on the regional level of the system of Reproductive Health Prophylaxis. The research is relevant under the present situation Ukraine is living through with deterioration of the integrated health indicators of woman and adolescents having become an increasingly growing problem. The budgeting being limited, there is a need to restructure system of reproductive health in primary care and develop more effective medical and organizational technologies. The study makes a substantial contribution to the theory of social medicine and health care organization in terms of improving medical care in reproductive health on the regional level. A qualitatively new system of prophylaxis of reproductive health disorders has been developed and verified in Lviv. A set of organizational and managerial instruments for family doctors have been offered. The synchronous applications to the primary health care both the above system and instruments proved to be efficient.
