It have been displayed the new solution of relevant theoretical and practical issue that consists in improvement of agricultural drainage parameters optimizing method based on economic and environmental requirements. The complex research has been conducted and the principles of design and implementation of a comprehensive drainage parameter optimization model.The implementation of the corresponding optimization, forecasting and simulation models complex allows to determine economically viable and environmentally acceptable drainage construction and parameters project decisions, assess drainage performance within the project period.
