Essay

The thesis explores the influence of international judicial bodies on the fragmentation of international law. The specifics of such influence is determined by the peculiarities of the fragmentation itself, which is a collision between various international legal regimes in the form of law enforcement conflict. Applying international law for disputes resolution the international courts prefer one or another international legal regime, resulting in aggravation of conflict. Proliferation (expansion) and imperativization (creation of mandatory jurisdictions) contribute to influence of international courts on the fragmentation.
