Essay

The thesis was devoted to the direction of improving the international law effectiveness in the sphere of combating international criminality – through conflictological analysis of international crimes, including terrorism and acts that form criminal mechanism. For the first time in the Ukrainian science, based on the conflictological analysis of terrorism the substance and characteristics of terroristic armed conflict as an asymmetric kind of armed conflict was substantiated. It was proved that the adjustment of the international law of armed conflict to the needs of regulation of conflicts with terroristic characteristics is possible.
