Drapaylo Y. Legal regulation of economic relationships in seaports

The thesis is devoted to research of economic legal relationships in sea ports. In the work the complex research of legal regulation of economic relations in sea ports is carried out, the elements of the proper relations are defined; subjects, material and non-material objects of economic legal relationships in sea ports are investigated. Allocation of subbranch of the economic law – the port law which contains the norms regulating the production and economic, organizational and economic and intraeconomic relations in seaports is offered. Much attention is paid to legal regulation of the economic relations which appears with implementation of stevedoring activity in seaports that is directed to ensure the transfer of freights from the sea transport to other means of transport, and also the agency activity connected with the representation of ship owners' interests, interests of consignors, consignees and of other subjects in seaports.
