Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of task of rise of reliability of exploitation of sliding contacts of electric city transport by development of new materials with promoted physical and mechanical, with electric and tribotechnical properties. From the mathematical point of view, taking into account the tense-deformed state of working surface of sliding contact the mathematical model of dynamics of his wear for definite initial conditions is got, deciding which and taking into account geometry of the initial state of sliding contact it is possible to find displacement, that is wear, and then to define the well-educated section at the proper run and operating loading of electric city transport. For comparison of those, that were used new sliding contacts of electric city transport conformity to the law of change of intensity of their wear on a height and width is offered. In addition, expressions for determination of sizes of wear of matrix and filling, equating which it is possible to find the relationship of maintenance of constituents of composition material of sliding contact with providing of high reliability, longevity and capacity of electric city transport are offered.
