The research is devoted to the problem of speech adaptation of migrants' children to the foreign environment. Considering peculiarities, functions and main characteristics of both constituents: adaptation and speech, the theoretically generalized definition of the concept "speech adaptation" is offered. Due to interconnection of internal components (needs, motives and values) and external ones (functions of adaptation and speech), the speech adaptation is represented as functional model. It is found out, that during speech adaptation of migrants their cognitive and language diapasons are increasing. Their mental, emotional and volitional processes and personal growth are developing, as well as their self-realization in speech. The speech adaptation doesn't have age, temporal and area limits because of its individual nature. The analysis of empirical study demonstrates the influence of sex, school type and psycho-emotional states of migrants' children on success of their speech adaptation. Based on the results of the research, the psycho-didactic training was worked out and implemented, which was directed on development of speech adaptation of migrants' children.
