Essay

The evaluation criterias and indicators of professional suitability of candidates for enlistment on contract basis were formed and the psychometric characteristics of the methods of psychological diagnostics of professional suitability were tested. They demonstrated the feasibility, reliability and predictability of tools. The developed modern algorithm and technology of the psychological diagnostics for professional suitability is based on the use of computer and network technologies, the results of current researches. Conclusion on the suitability of candidates for military service under the contract basis is made in successive stages (according to the number of blocks). The results of each phase forms the intermediate conclusion.
