The subject: pharmacological action of preparations of Erbisol and Shumerian silver, pharmacotherapy dogs with purulent wounds. Objective research: to set the pharmacodynamics of Erbisol and Shumersan silver and develop the complex method of treatment of dogs with purulent wounds by application of Shumerian silver and Erbisol in combination with other medicinal matters. Test methods: pharmacological, toxicological, clinical, haematological, biochemical, immunological, patologomorfologichni, planimetric and statistical. Scientific innovation: in the first time on laboratory zoon's, on the dynamics of morphological, biochemical and immunological indexes of blood, the pharmacological action of Erbisol and Shumerian silver is set, and also found out them pharmacotherapy efficiency at treatment of dogs with the purulent wounds sore of soft fabrics. High disinfestation ability of preparation is well-proven Shumerian silver with the purpose of disinfection of operating tables for shortly protracted displays. It is developed, approved and the high-efficiency complex method of treatment of dogs is inculcated in practice of veterinary medicine with running sore, with the use of Shumerian silver in combination with Erbisol and other medicinal matters.
