Essay

The object - empathy of the practical psychologist; the goal - definition of psychological factors of development of professional empathy of future practical psychologists; the methods - theoretical (analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization and comparison of psychological data on a research subject); empirical (survey, supervision, method of expert evaluations, method of the self-report and methods of psychological diagnostics, psychological-pedagogical experiment); mathematical-statistical methods of data processing; the novelty - for the first time the structure of professional empathy of the practical psychologist is defined which consists of such components: personal, emotional, communicative and motivational-strong-willed; the idea of empathy as professionally important quality of the practical psychologist is expanded; the understanding of professional empathy of the identity of the practical psychologist is expanded by definition of an optimum level of expressiveness of this phenomenon as component of the expert psychogram; psychological factors of development of professional empathy of future practical psychologists are defined which consist in interaction of world outlook, professional and personal levels of training of specialists; the means of psycho diagnostics of professional empathy of the identity of the practical psychologist have further development by creation of a methodical complex which includes techniques of research of qualities of the personality which predetermine empathy development; the means of psychological maintenance of vocational training in higher education institution are improved by creation of the program aimed at the development of professional empathy of students psychologists which provides formation of habits of a reflection, social perception, verbal and nonverbal communication by means the psycho technician; the results consist in creation of the program aimed at the development of professional empathy of future practical psychologists; the developing program can be used in teaching-educational process of higher education institution at training, retraining and in work on professional development of psychologists, the program also can be adapted for work with teachers; the area - psychology.
