Shurma I. Maladjustment in Managing Personnel at Health Care Institutions, and its Medical and Psychological Correction

The thesis obtains the data as for the clinical structure and the features of pathogenic mechanism of maladjustment formation in managing personnel at health care institutions on the basis of clinical-pathological and psycho-pathological study. The paper examines clinical-pathological phenomenology of maladjustment states in subjects from managing personnel at health care institutions. The thesis defines the features of the emotional and affective spheres and individually typological features of managing personnel with maladjustment state who work in health care institutions. On the basis of the results obtained in the study, the paper develops a system of differentiated medico-psychological correction of maladjustment states that uses rational psychotherapy, emotional and volitional training, group psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral psychotherapy. The thesis proves the clinical efficacy of the introduced medico-psychological correction system.
