The dissertation is devoted to researches of emotional direction of personality in the process of its professional self-determination. The priority components of emotional direction of personality of students of technical specialties have been revealed. Correlation between structure components of professional self-determination and types of emotional direction of subject was revealed. The program of development of emotional orientation of students "My professional way" was grounded, elaborated and approbated with use of the modern active approaches of training work.
