Chervonyy P. Formation of availability for educational work among officers who work with cadets of higher educational establishments within the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine.

Object: professional training of course officers for educational work with cadets of the Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; goal: to design, theoretical grounding, experimental verification of the model of course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets of the Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine; methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty: the essence, content are disclosed; the structure of course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets of the Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is developed for the first time; the feasibility of using the model of forming course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets of the Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is theoretically grounded, developed and proved; the criteria, indicators are determined; levels of course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets are characterized; pedagogical conditions that positively influence on course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets are grounded; the definition “course officer’s readiness for educational work with cadets” is introduced into scientific use; the content of components of course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets are improved; criteria (communicative, cognitive, emotional, professional), indicators of evaluating the levels of formation of course officers’ readiness for educational work are also improved; organization of training activities in order to develop course officers’ readiness for educational work with cadets of the Universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has obtained the further development. Results: the main provisions of the thesis can be used by advanced training centers at the advanced training courses for employees of the departments on personnel, social and humanitarian work and leisure departments as a part of improving pedagogical skills.
