Essay

In the thesis the identity of Lysenko as a member of the socio-cultural organization "Kiev Hromada", with which he was associated with the 60-ies of the XIX century and the end of life. Expands the range of persons of the organization, close to the composer, who were outstanding scientists and artists. Identify common ideological and artistic principles, the main purpose of which united them into a single organization, profession M. Lysenko and Нromadovtsi populist ideas, which combined with a national orientation (they were called "populists" and "Ukrainophiles"). There is evidence of Slavic orientation M. Lysenko and Kiev hromadamen, relationships with various Slavic cultures. M. Lysenko as a national composer and as a performer - Ukrainian music promoter, an active leader of "Kiev Hromada " made a significant contribution to the national-cultural process.
