Essay

The object is technological processes of drying lead and chopped wood with the use of autonomous sources of heat. The aim is development of convective technology and the chopped wood with the useof autonomous energy sources. Methods: analytical methods, method of heatmass dynamice, applied methods of experimental researches. Scientific innovation : we have got drying speed and indexes of drying which made possibleto synthesize mathematical models for determining the length of drying peeledveneer in a period of slow and constant rate of drying. For the first time was developed veneer drying regimeparameters and chopped wood in the experimental dryer where the drying agent is flue gases derived from thecombustion of wood raw material and specified thermal power aggregates of heat energy to carry out the dryingprocess. Results : we havegot the value speed of drying and indexof drying, regime of drying peeling veneer and chopped wood was developed. Degree of implementation: Results of work were implementedin produce processes in such LTD "Metalist "PE Visit". Industry - woodworking.
