This paper investigates the issue of methodological improvement of teachers of Mathematics professional preparation. The issues of studying result check of students at higher education institutions are observed, components of level control system of studying results of mathematical disciplines in conditions of credit-modular system of education implementation are defined, methods for complexity and difficulty of the problem determination are selected. The author reveals science-based semantic and methodological aspects of level control of algebra studying results among students at higher education institutions in the process of credit-modular system of education implementation and computerization of education, are shown planning of control organising at various stages, and content control based on the developed teaching and methodological supply, and also progress and results of the pedagogical experiment.
