Essay

Object of study: evaluation of processes of quality management systems (QMS) companies to meet the requirements of international standards. Objective: to develop methods, algorithms and techniques for quantifying the quality of the QMS processes of enterprises to meet the requirements of international standards ISO 9000. Scientific novelty of the results: based on an analysis of classification systems and the requirements of international standards, especially for the first time identified QMS enterprises, as an object of quality control that allows you to set quantitative methods for assessing the quality of its elements, using the theory of order statistics, the first time developed a system of dependencies between single mixed- quality indicators processes and their estimates for the dimensionless scale, which makes it possible to obtain a quantitative assessment of the quality of the process, given its importance, and on the basis of the proposed classification processes on the basis of optimality, first developed a set of limiting coefficients, which are intended to provide quantitative indicators of quality process at regular intervals; was further developed method for estimating the dynamic characteristics of processes, using the criteria of non-parametric statistics, which allows you to assess the quality of the process to the time of its operation.
