Essay

In dissertation paper analyzed the temporal characteristics of professional adaptation of personality and substantiated chronostructural competence as regulative characteristic of professional adaptedness of nurses. Carried out empirical verification of the proposed typology of chronostructural competence with definition of criteria and indicators of its differentiation and clarified psychological content of given types through personal-behavioral complex of properties of nurses. Deepened scientific understanding of chronostructural competence as self-regulative characteristic of nurses, which determines their professional adaptedness.
