Methods: zootechnical, physico-chemical, histological, clinical, population genetic, statistical, analytical. Theoretical and practical results: in theory - updated scientific information on the duration and the dynamics of establishing adaptive homeostasis in pigs, as well as the efficiency of industrial crossing for increasing the volume of production of lean pork. In practical - the expediency of using adapted to the conditions of the Black Sea region of Large White sows Hungarian selection, which gives you the opportunity to gain additional profit, compared with animals acclimatized. It is proved that the resulting combination of Large White breed Hungarian selection and Pietrain breed crossbred young characterized by high fattening and meat qualities not only quantitatively but also qualitatively. Novelty: for the first time under the Black Sea region on the basis of a comprehensive study to study the effect of adaptation to changing conditions on growth, reproductive, fattening and meat quality of three successive generations of Large White pigs Hungarian selection. Has been further developed to study hematological parameters of blood and natural resistance of sows and piglets Hungarian selection in adaptation, as well as new data on the peculiarities of formation of the reproductive, fattening, slaughter, meat quality purebred and crossbred piglets and depending on the physicochemical properties and histological structure of muscle tissue from young genotype. Degree of implementation: The results are implemented in the agricultural private enterprise "Techmet-Yug" Mykolaiv region. Scope of Service - Livestock, in particular pig breeding.
