Kolesnikova A. Stimulation of murine and bovine oocyte-cumulus complexes development

The object of the research is development of oocyte-cumulus complexes of mouse and cow. The purpose of the research is to study the influence of pulse electric field and hormonal stimulation on maturation and subsequent development of murine and bovine oocytes. The methods of the research: reproductological, morphological, morphometrical, cytogenetical, statistical methods. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: it was shown for the first time the influence of pulse electric stimulation on increase of meiosis reinitiation and development of oocytes to metaphase II stage; it was determine that electroconductivity of mouse oocytes differs dependent on stimulation method of there maturation; it was developed the method of pulse stimulation of oocyte-cumulus development (patent) and method of estimation of effectiveness of oocyte-cumulus complexes development stimulation (patent).
