Object - development of the students' professional self-concept; objective - determination of the peculiarities of the learning motivation impact on the future psychologists' professional self-concept development and the ways of their professional self-concept stimulation by means of formation of the learning professional motivation; methods - theoretical analysis, systematization and generalization of the psychological data related to the research problem, psycho-pedagogical experiment in the form of a stated, forming and control research, mathematical statistics methods; novelty - the 1st determination of the profiles of the students' learning professional motivation the key differences of which occur in domination of the external or internal learning motivation and degree of domination of the cognitive, professional motives, the motives of self-realization and failure avoiding; extension of the notion of peculiarities of the students' professional self-concept formation by definition of the profile features of the future psychologists' learning and professional motivation which differ in the highest rates of the professional self-concept starting with the 3rd training course; extension of the notion of the differences between identification and professional personality of the students with different profiles of learning and professional motivations; further development of the impact characteristics of the objective (school subjects content and pedagogical practice) and subjective (learning motivation) factors of the professional self-concept development on the course of the professional learning crisis of the Psychology students; improving of the means of the students' professional self-consciousness development by creating a program of the professional self-concept development stimulation of the future psychologists with the help of their learning professional motivation formation; results - the programs of diagnostics and development of the future psychologists' professional self-concept designed and applied in the research work may be used in practice of the higher educational establishment psychological services, the research results may be applied in the course of the professional training and professional development of the psychologists; sphere - psychology.
