Essay

New solution of scientific and practical task has been found. It consists in the necessity and appropriateness of improving the accuracy and effectiveness of drained land water control with advanced terrain relief by relief territory differentiation and automation of water control that based on modular type systems. The technique of irrigation and drainage systems territory organization with advanced terrain relief has been developed and proposed. The values of water control parameters in relief territory differentiation have been determined and the relief factor influence on the drained land water regime has been defined.
