The thesis is aimed at solving one of the main tasks that medi-cine and in particular pathologic physiology faces today - development and introduction of effective methods of diagnostics and prevention of vegetative and metabolic disorders observed in patients on early stages of recovery after cerebral strokes.The work systematizes clinical features of vegetative disorders and prognostic peculiarities for their unfavorable clinical course, as well as presents a clear correlation with accompanying comorbid pathology and prescription of cerebral stroke.
