Baglay O. Formation of readiness of future international tourism specialists to intercultural communication in professional training

The state of research of the problem of readiness formation of future international tourism specialists to intercultural communication in educational theory and practice is analyzed. Pedagogical conditions for the readiness formation of future international tourism specialists to intercultural communication in professional training are theoretically and experimentally verified. A model of readiness formation of future international tourism specialists to intercultural communication in professional training is developed on the basis of systematic, intercultural, competence and communicative approaches. Methods of readiness formation of future international tourism specialists to intercultural communication in professional training is worked out on the basis of implementation of integrative approach to the study of professionally oriented disciplines.
