The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological factors emotional competence of persons with different levels of self-actualization; determination of the factors of emotional competence and emotional intelligence of people with different levels of self-actualization; developing a typology of personality manifestation of emotional competence. Analysis of existing psychological approaches to emotional competence, determined the basic theoretical aspects in the study of the construct of emotional competence: meaningful, functionality, factors and conditions for development. Defined emotional competence as purposeful possession of certain personality and his attitude towards other people's emotional experiences in order to fulfillment.
