Kahno I. Speech Culture as a part of training future therapist

Dissertation deals with linguistic culture of future physicians as an important component of training. Singled out structure of speech culture, which represents a holistic combination of its components: linguistic, psychological and ethical. During of experimental research the speech culture of features medical students were found the basic characteristics and levels of speech culture in medical students therapeutic profile: low (unbalanced), medium (discrete), high (harmonic). Was developed and tested program of molding influences, prominent among which belongs to vocational and psychological training for interns. It is shown that the level of speech culture grows to high due to the special program of speech culture of medical students, which includes four components: humanitarian training, medical practice, internship, self. The main results of dissertation have found practical introduction in the educational process in medical schools.
