The thesis highlights the investigation into optimizing the system of medical aid quality control at a health protection institution of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military hospital) through improving the clinical effects and economic efficiency of the treatment and diagnostication process. The author substantiates and introduces the up-to-date three-level integration and coordination model and the optimized system of monitoring medical aid quality which are based on analyzing the tendencies in the indices in the state of health of the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.The introduction of the optimized system of monitoring medical aid quality at health protection institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine testifies to its medical, social and economic efficiency.
