Scientific work is devoted increase of forecasting effectiveness and early diagnostics of syndrome feto-fetal transfusion on the basis of dynamic studying dopplerometrical and ehografical indicators, and also their comparison with results of morphological researches of a placenta. The basic links of patogenesise of syndrome feto-fetal transfusion are presented a transfusion on the basis of the established interrelations between clinical, ehografical, dopplerometrical and morphological data. Features of haemodynamics of born are studied at monohorial twins without syndrome feto-fetal transfusions and at its development. It is established that to the syndrome beginning feto-fetal transfusion there is an increase of arterial pressure at fetus-donor that finds display in time change isovolumical relaxations in comparison with an identical indicator at the recipient. Thus character of arterial and venous haemodynamics in umbilical cord vessels does not change depending on presence or absence of a syndrome feto-fetal transfusions. It is shown that the heavy form of syndrome feto-fetal transfusions is combined with high indicators of time isovolumical relaxations at the recipient and decrease in this criterion at the donor. The obtained data has allowed to optimise forecasting and early diagnostics of a syndrome feto-fetal transfusions that allows to change in due time tactics of conducting pregnancy and delivery.
