3. General and aged peculiarities of dynamics and structure of the mortality among able-bodied men of Luhansk region, social-hygienic characteristic of its life with the determination of risk factors of the premature mortality, quality of medical care providing have been studied in work. Method of prognosis of the mortality and its indexes till 2030 years have been determined. Problems, which have been found out during the research, served as the ground for study and development of the optimized system of medical-social prophylaxis of mortality among able-bodied men, that allows to remove the factors of premature mortality among able-bodied men. Implementation of certain elements of the proposed medical and social prophylaxis of mortality among able-bodied men in Luhansk region in practice of public health institutions reduced the death rate among working-aged men by 25%, the economic effect of which amounted to 13.6 million USD per year, along with 92% of positive evaluation of experts can recommend it to implementation in public health system of Ukraine.
