3. The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the modernization of training young specialists with higher medical education in line with the main areas of health care reform in Ukraine and taking into account the world experience. Investigated to ensure health nursing specialists with higher medical education in the period 1991 - 2011 years, defined compliance level and content of training young specialists with modern requirements and needs of national health care, factors that affect the success of the young spevialists activity, identified differences in curriculum and plan for Junior Specialists in Ukraine compared with the standards of the European Union. Developed and proposed a set of measures to optimize the training of junior specialists with higher medical education, that focuses on providing the level and content of training specialists modern requirements and healthcare needs and objectives of health care reform.
