In dissertation first grounded and the complex of postgraduateаted training, directed on the increase of functional preparedness of boxers of high qualification by the improvement of the functional state anmuscularly-ligamentaryof vehicle of neck cerebral hemodynamic is developed. The worked out complex was used in setup and contention times of preparation of annual cycle, in preparatory and final parts of employment. Researches showed that efficiency of complex of postgraduateаted training is marked the improvement of the functional state of neck department of backbone and optimization of cerebral hemodynamics for the boxers of high qualification.
