Essay

Thesis comprises the peculiarities of demand on medical services in rural communities in health care reform in Ukraine on the basis of Pilot Project in Vinnitska oblast. Shortcomings of demand satisfaction have been unveiled, possibilities of advancements are suggested and experimentally probated. Thesis concerns the opportunities of improvement of the system of emergency medical care (EMC) to rural population in undergoing heath care reforms (pilot project in Vinnitska oblast). Delineated in thesis medico-organizational and social shortcomings of current EMC blazed a trail of its advancements by streamlining the EMC reforming in Vinnitska oblast. In part, we underpinned the appropriateness of A model which implies step EMC starting from auxiliary personnel up to physician-specialists EMC.
