Essay

In this paper, a comprehensive study of historical processes and current trends observed in international - legal regulation of pipeline transit of energy carriers , defining the place and importance of the Energy Charter Treaty in 1994 to realize these trends. Analyzed the existing conceptual approaches to the legal nature of the right of transit through the territory of the inland coastal states.
