The dissertation is devoted to studying of psychological factors of preventing of conflicts in the pedagogical process of vocational training institutions. The study is based on the systematic and structural approach to the analysis of conflicts, their prevention and resolution. The main types and causes of conflicts in the educational process vocational education were revealed. It has been experimentally established that significant psychological factors of conflicts and their prevention in the pedagogical process, which include cognitive, emotional, behavioral, motivational, personal factors, which are embodied in such integral traits of personality as conflict competence. The basic factor of preventing of conflicts in the pedagogical process of vocational schools is the development of conflict competence of participants pedagogical interaction. The study found that the development of conflict competence of teachers and students by socio-psychological training is an effective means of preventing conflicts in the pedagogical process of vocational education. Effectiveness of the program supported by a number of stable significant changes in the following personal characteristics of respondents: a decrease in expression of an authoritarian style of interpersonal interaction between members teaching in vocational schools, reduce their self-centeredness, reducing targeting strategy for competing in conflict situations, while increasing severity of the cooperation strategy, reducing the psychological distance pedagogical interaction among participants and improve their emotional relationship to each other, increasing their motivation to interact without conflict.
