Hendel N. International legal regulation of states cooperation in the sphere of healthcare

The thesis is a special complex research of theoretical and practical problems of international legal regulation of cooperation among states in the sphere of healthcare. TThe thesis specifically discusses the legal nature and peculiarities of the WHO International Health Regulations of 2005. Due regard is given to analysis of WTO activities in ensuring international legal cooperation in the sphere of healthcare, as well as peculiarities of regional cooperation in the sphere of healthcare. Eventually, the thesis offers a definition, description of structure and content of international healthcare law, as well as international legal mechanisms for enforcement of health rights.
