Dorosh T. State policy of place branding: mechanism of forming and implementation

Object of study: music education as part of the state cultural policy in Ukraine. Objective: is to justify music education as an integral part of state cultural policy and the development of practical recommendations for improving the management of music education in Ukraine based on the processes of humanization of modern society. Methods: Analysis and Synthesis, historical simulation, systems approach, comparative analysis. Results justification of theoretical positions and practical measures to manage the system of music education based on trends humanization of society and leading foreign experience. Novelty: the classification of factors influencing the process of managing music education, improved definition of the role of music education as an object of governance and constituent state cultural policy has received the further development of research institutional and legal framework of public administration musical education in Ukraine, including the main problems identified in this field and others. Introduced in the activity of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Department of Culture in the Department of Culture Ordzhonikidze district of Kharkiv city council.
