Mazepa J. Medical and social rationale of improvement use of enterosorbents in health care.

Dissertation is intended to scientific substantiation and development of enterosorbents application in health care. In terms of morbidity and mortality leading position in the European region occupied by chronic non-communicable diseases that arise as a result of accumulation of exogenous and endogenous toxins. Proved the expediency of using enterosorbtion in the purpose of detoxification and prevention of metabolic disorders. Based on the complex socio-hygienic studies proved the feasibility of enterosorbents, shown a lack of standardization of enterosorbtion technology, revealed lower levels of doctors application of enterosorbents. Scientifically proved and developed major components of functional and organizational system application enterosorbents in health care system. Originality of the proposed system is the transition from individual attempts to obtain information about the enterosorbents to the creation of the organizational system with the involvement of academic departments, educational departments and departments of information management, implementation and monitoring of the results of further improvement of medical and technical documents in hospitals. The results of the application of enterosorbents in health care confirmed its medical, social and economic performance.
