The dissertation provides theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific problem which lies in showing psychological and legal grounds in defining by court peculiarities of a subject of a crime of violence against life and health. On the grounds of the conducted empirical research it was offered to introduce in the curriculum of higher and graduate education in law the course in Forensic Psychology what will considerably increase quality and efficiency of judicial system work while reviewing criminal lawsuits of crimes of violence against life and health.
