The research work is devoted to the problem of future psychologists' professional self-improvement in higher education establishment. Pedagogical conditions for the effective development of the studied phenomenon were determined and experimentally tested. A scientific and educational system of future psychologists ability to professional self-improvementis presented in the form of structural and functional model for its implementation.
