The dissertation is devoted to the formation of would-be emergency service chiefs' readiness to professional communication in the emergency situation. The essence of the phenomenon of readiness to professional communication as the system professional and personal formation has been studied. It includes motivational, cognitive, behavioral and operational characteristics and also subjective state of awareness of the capacity for interpersonal interactions while performing professional activities in an emergency situation.
