Galimskiy V. Corrections of special physical preparedness of Karate Sportsmen on the Stage of Preliminary Basic Training corresponding to model karate sportsmen characteristics

The dissertation work is dedicated to working out model characteristics of general and special physical preparedness on the stage of preliminary basic training of Karate sportsmen. On the basis of correlative and factor analysis it was grounded the structure of physical training, corresponding to model karate sportsmen characteristics on the stage of preliminary basic training. It was made the Program of Training Studies which contains six model blocks, which are aimed at selective development of physical qualities. On the grounds of carried out, research results there were defined the factors which using allows to increase training process efficiency of karate sportsmen on the stage of preliminary basic training. The scientific novelty consists in scientific working out the models of physical preparedness and making up model blocks of training studies on the base of comprehensive scientific analysis of literature and progressive methodic, innovation of the best trainers. The results of research are recommended for practical use karate trainers, teachers of physical culture and sport establishments. Field - physical education and sports.
