On the basis of analysis of scientific literature, requirements of normatively-legal acts and practical activity of workers of militia in relation to minor offenders she is in-process educed psychological features, factors and features, theoretical bases of research of professional activity of workers of militia are certain in relation to minor offenders. Efficiency of the worked out social psychological training is experimentally tested and offered to recommendation from development of competence of workers of militia in socializing with minor offenders in the process of psychological accompaniment of professional activity.
