Essay

Dissertation is devoted the to the questions of special models of technozem require scientific substantiation methods of increasing their fertility, because they have very low stocks available to the plants of nitrogen and phosphorus. To overcome this limiting factor, in addition to the traditional methods of mineral and organic fertilizers, has become more urgent with the use of biological agents and the use of nitrogenfixing microorganisms of phosphatmobilization. Increasing the number of Enterobacter nimipressuralis in the rhizosphere of alfalfa and the presence of spores arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal of genus Glomus in the substrates of different quality in variants with applying of biological products indicates the progress of a full cycle of growth and reproduction of microorganisms in studied technozems with different qualities. With the applying of mineral Phosphorus, in variants with using phosphate mobilizing agents detected the biggest increase of yield of alfalfa, compared with control variants in all investigated substrates.The main results of the research were tested in real field conditions and were recommended for practical application.
