The categorical analyzes of basic concepts of the research - self-perfection, personality self-perfection, personality self-perfection of the pupil of primary school - is conducted being based on the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations. The categorical analysis of topical concepts reflects their common content, specificity, character and mutual ties. The teacher's readiness for personality self-perfection of primary school pupils is studied. The pedagogical technology of teacher's postgraduate training for personality self-perfection of primary school pupils is theoretically grounded. Its effectiveness is proved and verified experimentally; the prospects for further scientific research are outlined.
