Object - professional culture of law enforcement agents; aim - to find out the influence of developed and experimentally implemented technology on the level of professional culture formation of law enforcement agents ; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical measurement; novelty - the research has been the first to provide theoretical substantiation and description of the implementation of the technology of forming professional culture in law enforcement agents; the components of professional culture of law enforcement agents have been determined; the notion "professional culture of law enforcement agents" has been specified as an integral dynamic personality formation incorporating the system of values as a combination of acquired and self-improved knowledge, skills and habits providing for the ability to carry out professional activity and for discharging professional functions in the law enforcement activity and communication with further compulsory analysis and assessment; criteria and indices of the levels of professional culture formation in law enforcement agents have been singled out; the content and means of professional training of law enforcement agents have acquired further analysis; results - experimental testing of the technology of forming professional culture in law enforcement agents. Theoretical and methodological results of the research can be used for the improvement of professional training of law enforcement agents, in the process of their professional development, in educational institutions of III-IV levels of accreditation for renewing the content of lectures and practical classes; for writing course, diploma and master degree papers; for writing textbooks, teaching manuals, special course materials; in the system of continuing education; field - pedagogy.
